Because we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns of all regularly priced merchandise for exchange or refund as long as we are contacted within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the product. Merchandise must be returned in the original condition. No credits or exchanges will be issued if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear. Sales merchandise cannot be returned. Please note that there will be a 10% restocking fee and return shipment cost is the responsibility of the purchaser and original shipping cost may not reflect the actual cost of shipment particularly if shipped freight. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Orders placed for commercial use are not returnable/refundable once shipped. Industry West has a extensive swatch program to assist with the online purchasing process. We are also happy to provide discounted sample units for you and your client to review the selected piece in your space, and help choose the perfect fit for your project.
How To Return An Item
All items being returned to Industry West must be submitted via email to email@example.com for approval, and to obtain a custom return authorization code. Please indicate the original order number, reason for return, and specific pieces you are looking to return from the order. All returns must include the custom return authorization number provided by our returns department on the package(s) being returned. Any shipments returned to our warehouse without this return authorization number will be subject to additional fees, and refused upon delivery. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing once your return is received. All returns should be sent to the following address:

If an order is refused due to damages upon delivery, please contact the returns department to notify us of the refusal so that we can proactively address any replacements that are needed. If an order is received with damages please send a photo, name, and order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returned items deemed poorly protected and therefore damaged during the shipping process will be given a 50% refund of product cost. For further instructions or additional questions regarding a return, please e-mail email@example.com. Please note that this return policy does not include commercial orders, as these are non-refundable.We cannot accept returns on orders because some items in the order may have failed through normal usage - replacements will be sent (for further information please reference the warranty section).
Samples must be returned in original condition within 30 days of receiving the product. The return shipping is at the expense of the customer, in addition to a 10% restocking fee. To request an extension on this 30 day policy, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check in all merchandise once it is received to verify counts. After 14 days Industry West can no longer be responsible for merchandise shortages. Any additional requirements, such as inside delivery, lift gate needed, delivery appointment or limited access must be discussed before an order is shipped to avoid additional charges. If you are unable to accept an original delivery, a redelivery fee will be applied in order to resend your merchandise. If an order is refused, the order will be shipped back to our warehouse and susceptible to additional charges and processing fees. There will be additional charges for a change of address.
