Because we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns of all regularly priced merchandise for exchange or refund as long as we are contacted within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the product. Merchandise must be returned in the original condition. No credits or exchanges will be issued if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear. Sales merchandise cannot be returned. Commercial orders cannot be returned. Please note that there will be a 10% restocking fee and return shipment cost is the responsibility of the purchaser; original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How To Return An Item
In order to return an item please send your name, order number, a photo of damage if applicable and reason for return to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing once your return is received. Any returns shipped back without notifying Industry West may be susceptible to additional charges and processing delays. All returns should be sent to the following address:

Items not post marked within the return period will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. Returned items deemed poorly protected and therefore damaged during the shipping process will be given a 50% refund of product cost. If your return does not meet the above return criteria, it will be shipped back at your expense. For instruction or further questions regarding a return, please e-mail email@example.com. We cannot accept returns on orders because some items in the order may have failed through normal usage - replacements will be sent (for further information please reference the warranty section). Samples must be returned in original condition within 30 days of receiving the product. The return shipping is at the expense of the customer, in addition to a 10% restocking fee. To request an extension on this 30 day policy, please contact email@example.com.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check in all merchandise once it is received to verify counts. After 14 days Industry West can no longer be responsible for merchandise shortages. Any additional requirements, such as inside delivery, lift gate needed, delivery appointment or limited access must be discussed before an order is shipped to avoid additional charges. If you are unable to accept an original delivery, a redelivery fee will be applied in order to resend your merchandise. If an order is refused, the order will be shipped back to our warehouse and susceptible to additional charges and processing fees. There will be additional charges for a change of address.
